What is the Adopt a Bed Program?
Our Adopt a Bed Program is inspired by the Adopt a Highway initiative, focusing on enhancing our urban landscape through community engagement. Participants select a garden bed in the downtown area to plant flowers, shrubs, or other greenery and maintain it throughout the year. It’s a wonderful way to show your love for Ottawa, demonstrate civic pride, and beautify our shared spaces.
