We’re passionate about supporting downtown Ottawa.
The purpose of the ODA is to promote the development, establishment, or expansion of industries in downtown Ottawa, Illinois, through initiatives that foster a vibrant community, support local businesses, and enhance the downtown experience for residents and visitors.
We’re proud to be recognized as a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit charitable organization. This designation means we operate solely for the benefit of our community, with all funds directly supporting programs, events, and initiatives that strengthen and promote downtown Ottawa. Contributions to the ODA are tax-deductible as allowed by law, ensuring that every dollar you give works harder to preserve our historic charm, support local businesses, and create a vibrant, welcoming downtown for all.
